سياسة الاستبدال و الاسترجاع

في توب فيت عايزينك تكون مبسوط بطلبك. لو حصلت أي مشكلة، الاستبدال والاسترجاع بيمشوا بالشروط دي:

المدة

  1. الاستبدال: خلال 14 يوم من استلام الأوردر (لون أو موديل تاني).
  2. الاسترجاع: خلال 7 أيام من استلام الأوردر.

شروط قبول الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع

  1. الكاب يكون بحالته الأصلية ومش مستخدم، ومفيهوش ريحة برفان أو مكياج أو عرق.
  2. يرجع في علبته الأصلية ومعاه كل التيكيتات والكروت.
  3. رقم الأوردر أو الفاتورة.

حاجات مالهاش استبدال ولا استرجاع

  1. الكابات البيضا: لأن اللون الأبيض بيتأثر بسرعة من التجربة، مالهاش استبدال ولا استرجاع إلا لو فيها عيب صناعة واضح وقت الاستلام.
  2. الطلبات الخاصة: أي كاب متعمل مخصوص بطباعة أو تطريز حسب طلبك.
  3. منتجات التصفية: اللي اتشرت في عروض التصفية النهائية.

مصاريف الشحن

  1. لو الغلط مننا (عيب صناعة، منتج غلط، تلف): بنتحمل كل مصاريف الشحن والاستبدال.
  2. لو غيرت رأيك: بتتحمل مصاريف شحن الرجوع وشحن المنتج الجديد.

أول ما الكاب يوصلنا ونتأكد إنه مطابق للشروط، هنكلمك نأكد الاسترجاع ونحوّلك المبلغ.

ابعتلنا على واتساب 01050068939 برقم الأوردر وصورة للمنتج، وهنرد عليك ونرتب المندوب.

We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, exchanges and returns work as follows:

Time frame

  1. Exchange: within 14 days of delivery (another color or model).
  2. Return: within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions

  1. The cap is unused and in its original condition, with no perfume, makeup or sweat marks.
  2. It comes back in its original box with all tags and cards.
  3. Your order number or invoice.

Not eligible

  1. White caps: white marks easily when tried on, so white caps cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a clear manufacturing defect at delivery.
  2. Custom orders: caps printed or embroidered to your request.
  3. Final clearance items.

Shipping costs

  1. Our mistake (defect, wrong item, damage): we cover all shipping and exchange costs.
  2. Change of mind: you cover return shipping and shipping for the new item.

Refunds

Once the cap reaches us and we confirm it meets the conditions, we will contact you to confirm the return and send your money.

How to request one

Send us your order number and a photo of the item on WhatsApp 01050068939, and we will arrange the pickup.
